Kristy has assisted clients in various legal matters since she graduated from Valparaiso University in 1992. She believes that every client deserves unwavering attention and diligence. Kristy’s background in business and estate planning includes trusts, probate, contested wills, civil litigation and partnerships matters, and she uses her experience to help clients pursue the results they need. She lives in St. John, Indiana and is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Illinois. She primarily works at the Indiana office of Spagnolo & Hoeksema.

Kristy has worked with local companies to successfully litigate multi-million dollar commercial disputes against Prudential Insurance Company of America and Motorola.
