Dear Clients:
Even though on Friday March 20, 2020, Governor Pritzker signed an executive order that requires Illinois residents to stay at home through April 7, 2020, we wanted to let you know that our law offices are considered an essential business and therefore, we are still open and available to you should you have need for our services.
Please know that if you or your business needs direction on navigating how to manage anything during these uncertain times, we can assist and guide you. Additionally, we are diligently continuing to work on all other matters on behalf of our clients.
Further, with the use of technology, we can “virtually” meet with our clients, either by phone or video, and send and review documents without you needing to leave your home. However, for the most important meetings, and upon your direction, in-office meetings can take place as the Governor’s Executive order permits travel to engage in business that is deemed essential. If such meetings occur, we are under an obligation to follow all social distancing guidelines, and we would ask that clients chose to do so only when they believe such meetings are absolutely necessary.
We think it is safe to say that we, as a Nation, have not had to work through anything quite like this previously. We hope to never have to do so again. But we are committed to getting through this together, and being available to our clients during these extraordinary times.
Sincerely,
Don Spagnolo and Kristy Hoeksema
